Dedicated to the memory of Lesley (Les) Elizabeth Fazackerley
This site is a tribute to Lesley (Les) Fazackerley. She is loved dearly by her husband James and their four daughters; Kim, Tara, Anna and Emma. Les and James also have twelve Grandchildren, whom she adored and her sister Penny who she loved very much.
Les sadly passed away peacefully on the 9th October 2024, surrounded by her family at Katherine House Hospice, after suffering with Alzheimer’s and a short illness.
Les will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Thoughts
Mum, I miss you so so much, my heart is broken now that you’ve gone, and it still doesn’t feel real. I wish that you didn’t have to go. What I’d do to have one last cuddle with you and to hear your voice again.
Thank you for being my mum and the best Grandma to Holly and the boys. Thank you for loving us the way you did. I will cherish every single memory I have of you.
Rest in peace now, darling Mumma, you were so brave but now you don’t have a suffer. I hope you’re being looked after by Grandma and Grandpa. I will always love you and you will forever be in my heart and in my thoughts xxx
